At Poly Films, we do just about everything when it comes to converting. Our film is made from the finest FDA polyethylene resin available, and we strive for complete consistency in our blends and resins. We have a wide variety of resins, many of which we have been purchasing for more than 15 years. And our blends are metered by calibrated gravimetric controls so each batch is weighed and adjusted before it goes into the extruder.
Not only do we make quality film, we can also print it inline for you to convert. Or we can finish the job by making bags on a roll or loose bags in a box. We also do specialty out-of-line slitting. Poly Films has a wide selection of inks and can print web widths from 6" up to 36" / thicknesses from .001 to .006 mil.
